Congrats Sluggers,

We earned a berth in the Lower Rec Play-offs!

With our 14-9 victory tonight against Team Gupta, we split the season series with them and are ahead of them in the standings by half a game. Currently, our overall # 5 division ranking should give us a number one seed in the Lower Rec Tournament and it should remain so if we win our remaining two games.

We played good defense tonight, shutting them out for 6 out of 9 innings. Congrats to Joe for his HR to center field and Scott’s HR shot over the fence. We had good hitting tonight and very aggressive base running with many guys stretching out doubles and a couple ladies hustling to score from second. Great job team!
